Welcome to Labourers For The Cross, a Gospel outreach ministry. Our mission is to share the life-transforming message of the Gospel, provide spiritual support for salvation and help build the body of Christ through discipleship and fellowship.
Our vision
Our vision is to share the timeless truth of the Gospel of salvation. Amos 8:11 prophesied about a time of famine, not of bread or water, but of hearing the words of the Lord. We believe that this prophesy is also being fulfilled in our days today despite the proliferation of places of worship and popularity of the gospel. Our vision is to spread the simple true and effective Gospel that sets free from sin - John 8:32-36. We are also committed to supporting Christians who are in need of a fresh start in their journey of faith with Jesus through discipleship and fellowship.
Our Mission
We want to reach out to as many as possible who are in need of salvation, deliverance and freedom from bondages to help transform their lives through the power of Christ. Many people with a Christian background are disinterested in God, frustrated or confused because of their wrong knowledge of God or exposure to merely religious practices in a formal church setting without personally encountering Jesus Christ. Our mission is to lovingly assist you navigate through all that negative experience to make sense of life and the purpose of God for your salvation.
We are also keenly involved in supporting Christians who want to take their faith to the next level. Far too many Christians are at ease while the world keeps churning out new schemes to sink their faith. Once vibrant for Christ, they are now lukewarm, powerless, and undriven. We would like to kickstart you back on track!

What is the Gospel
The gospel is simple.
We have all sinned and disobeyed God and deserving of God's punishment. But God in his divine providence and love sent His only Son to take our punishment upon Himself by untold suffering, death and resurrection from the dead, proving Himself as the Son of God.
Having done all that for us, God now calls everyone to a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. We are therefore required to give up our sinful ways and embrace a new life in Jesus by putting away our old self and putting on His righteousness. This happens by sincere repentance and water baptism. He then gives us the Holy Spirit to empower the new life of freedom from sin.
